Quality control programs that scale with your volume

Checking every unit is fine when you ship hundreds. At scale it’s impossible, and eyeballing a sample without a system just moves the risk around. Quality has to become a program, not a heroic effort at the end.

That means agreed standards, statistically sound sampling, inspections timed to catch problems while they’re still cheap to fix, and a feedback loop back to the factory so recurring defects get designed out rather than caught again and again.

Done well, quality control gets cheaper per unit as you grow, not more expensive โ€” because you’re preventing defects, not just discovering them.
